Relationships are the work —
in every room you enter.
Working with individuals, couples and business partners that run organisations, who are ready to understand themselves more deeply — the patterns they carry, the stories they've inherited, and the life they want to build.
Transactional Analysis — what it means in practice
Our early experiences shape internal patterns — ways of seeing ourselves, others, and the world — that continue to run silently beneath adult life. TA makes these visible and workable. My approach is relational, psychoanalytical: the therapeutic relationship itself is part of the work. I will be present, direct, and honest with you.
Ego States & Internal Patterns
The different parts of self — Parent, Adult, Child — that shape how we respond, often without realising.
Life Script & Decisions
The early narrative we built about who we are and what we deserve — and how to begin revising it.
Relational Patterns
How familiar dynamics play out in current relationships — and how to find new ways of being with others.
Autonomy & Change
The goal of TA: awareness, spontaneity, and intimacy. A life chosen, rather than inherited.
A wide range of personal and relational difficulties
If you don't see your concern listed, please do reach out.
The same patterns.
Different rooms.
Rossana sits at an intersection almost no one else occupies: two decades of senior HR leadership inside global organisations, and rigorous clinical training in Transactional Analysis psychotherapy.
Most therapists have never run a talent review at board level. Most HR leaders have never sat with someone in genuine psychological distress and known what to do with it. Rossana has done both — and that combination is not incidental.
It means she can read a boardroom and a therapy room with equal fluency — understanding not just what people say they want, but what the patterns underneath are actually asking for. Whether those patterns are playing out in a partnership, a leadership team, or a relationship with oneself — the work, at its roots, is inextricably linked.
Clinical Depth
MSc-level Transactional Analysis training. A psychotherapeutic framework that illuminates how our earliest relational experiences shape every room we enter for the rest of our lives.
Organisational Fluency
Nearly two decades at senior level inside global organisations — pharmaceutical, semiconductor, oil & gas, FMCG and consulting. She has led succession planning and sat at tables where the stakes were high and the psychology was rarely named.
The Rare Synthesis
The ability to hold both — to understand organisational dynamics through a clinical lens, and to bring intercultural and disciplinary expertise to the therapy room — is what makes Rossana's work genuinely distinctive.
The patterns we learn at the kitchen table tend to resurface at the conference table. The cast changes. The script rarely does.
— RossanaPsychology meets lived experience
I came to psychotherapy having experienced dysfunctional relational patterns throughout my childhood. Leading talent strategy and sitting alongside executives at the most demanding junctures of their careers, I saw the same patterns playing out. Those experiences shape how I work.
I work with couples, adults and business partners navigating identity, relationships, conflicts, transitions, anxiety — and the quieter, harder questions that don't always have an answer. Yet.
"We are all, in some way, living out stories we didn't write. Therapy is where we begin to author our own."
Trained in Transactional Analysis psychotherapy at MSc level, completing CTA qualification. Registered with UKCP, MBACP, IARTA and EATA. Worked for mental health services organisations with a focus on bereavement, substance use and harm reduction, helping clients with diverse presentations.
Almost two decades in senior global HR leadership — across pharmaceutical, semiconductor, oil & gas, FMCG and consulting sectors, spanning four countries. Board member of ICF – International Coaching Federation – 2022 to 2024.
Born in Italy. Now based in London, practising at Harley Street W1 and Oxford Therapy House W4.
How I can support you
I offer a small number of individual and couples sessions, and ongoing therapeutic relationships. Sessions take place in person at both London locations, or online via Zoom.
